Your account
The sign-in provider processes Google or email-link login. We store a private account identifier, email, confirmation evidence, eligibility declarations and the links needed to manage your reviews. We do not publish your account identifier or email alongside reviews. Exceptional Owner identity access requires a reason and is audited.
What readers see
Readers see only approved content after the 3-review threshold is met. Public review dates show only a year, and order does not reveal submission order. Review text and small research communities can still identify a writer; anonymity is not guaranteed. Avoid names, exact dates and distinctive incidents.
Withdrawal and deletion
Withdrawal removes your review from publication. Account deletion removes unpublished material and private identity and authorship links, while retaining the last approved review and its ratings. Re-registering cannot recover control. Contact Support about identifying details in retained content.
Retention and support
Minimal administrative audit records, completed deletion metadata and closed support tickets are purged after 90 days. Backup archives are retained for 14 days. Open requests remain while they are being handled. Abuse counters have short expiry windows. Support uses a private random reference to show replies, rather than emailing them. Keep that reference private. This is not an emergency service.
